3. Product Features

Larva Yum’s “3 Mộc” Chicken comes from chickens raised under forest canopies, fed with herbs and calcium larvae produced from recycled organic waste.

• “Mộc” means chickens raised under acacia forest canopies, improving both the forest (with natural fertilization from chicken manure) and animal welfare (dust bathing, sunbathing, and free movement).
• “Mộc” means chickens fed with forest herbs, grasses, termites — raised naturally, without antibiotics, growth enhancers, or chemicals.
• “Mộc” means chickens nourished with calcium-rich larvae that recycle large amounts of food waste and organic residues into valuable, nutritious feed.

4. Usage Instructions

With firm meat texture, these chickens are best cooked in traditional dishes such as:

• Sugarcane-steamed chicken: Steam 1 whole chicken with 2 cups of sugarcane juice, 2 sugarcane stalks, and shredded lime leaves. Steam for 40–45 minutes.
• Salt Steamed Chicken: Steam 1 whole chicken with 1 kg of coarse salt and lemongrass. Spread the salt at the bottom of the pot, then layer 4 stalks of lemongrass, half an onion (sliced), lime leaves, and ginger. Place the chicken on top and steam for 40–45 minutes.
