3 Moc class will walk you through the journey from waste to table!! In this class, we'll explore the routes of trash, visit a humane poultry farm, learn how to minimize our waste volume and taste many delicious dishes made with the products from our waste upcycling models.

Kombucha
Uống Kombucha trước khi ăn thì hệ tiêu hoá mới được hỗ trợ tối ưu nhất. Đây là loại thức uống gồm con men SCOBY, đường nâu, hồng trà. Khi nước trà lên men sẽ sản sinh ra rất nhiều lợi khuẩn làm tăng hệ miễn dịch của hệ tiêu hoá, kiểm soát được lượng đường trong máu tốt, từ đó giúp giảm những nguy cơ mắc bệnh tim mạch. Hay đơn giản như có mấy hôm bụng không khoẻ, đầy hơi, khó chịu thì một chén Kombucha cũng có thể xử lý gọn lẹ luôn tình trạng đó.
